The choice of hotels was extremely appropriate for each segment of the journey. You were well informed of all aspect and types of Hajj. I thought you were a great help spiritually and emotionally. By tending to all the details of the logistics, we were able to focus more on the purpose of our trip, to deepen religious experiences.

As a psychiatrist who has been to Mecca for Hajj and Umrah quiet few times with the blessing of Allah, and His blessings have been great, I would like to comment on the" Quality Of Life" during this 2008 Hajj with Mafaza Hajj. The transportation was First Class literally and figuratively. Br. Walid did go extra miles to facilitate and provide comfort and luxury. I've never seen any owner of a company climb over a bus to move suite cases to save time.
The living arrangements were outstanding even in Mena! The social relations grew and flourished. Leisure activities were arranged with visits to both religious sites in Mecca and Medina and also Jeddah. The financial cost was just right; no one ever felt that he was overcharged for the services provided. Walid took extra care to keep everyone safe and not lost; it was as if he was the mother goose at all times.
I've never before seen someone who thought about the health of his group like Walid, from masks to flu medicine to actual doctors. Last but not least the religious duties were made easy and facilitated to a great deal. May Allah bless all with an accepted Hajj and Paradise. Thank you Walid.
